Arvind Kejriwal की हाईकोर्ट से जमानत पर रोक लगने से BJP पर बरसे Sanjay Singh
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट की ओर से रोक लगने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद संजय सिंह ने बीजेपी और केंद्र सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा और कहा एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला न्यायालय की तरफ से आया और आदेश को अपलोड किया गया. और ट्रायल कोर्ट का जो आदेश है तो बीजेपी की सरकार की भूमिका और बीजेपी सरकार द्वारा संचालित ईडी की भूमिका पूरी तरह से इस देश की जनता के सामने बेनकाब होती है. उन्होंने कहा कोर्ट के आदेश में साफ है कि ईडी मनगढ़ंत तरीके से तथ्यों को हमारे खिलाफ इकठ्ठा कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा दबाव में बयान लिये गए और उसके आधार पर अरविंद केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार किया गया. संजय सिंह ने कहा ट्रायल कोर्ट ने साफतौर पर कहा है गोवा के इलेक्शन के जिस लेन देन की बात ईडी के द्वारा की जा रही है उसका कोई तथ्य और प्रमाण, कोई मनी ट्रेल सबूत प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया.
