03:24the aim of this is to explain to taxpayers what is included in this Ease of Paying Taxes Law or EOPT Law.

03:33There were many improvements in the payment of WIS,

03:37like the removal of the annual registration fee of P500.

03:42And now, we will have a taxpayer classification.

03:46We have classified as micro, small, medium, and large taxpayers.

03:51And depending on where you fall, the tax compliance will be different.

03:57If it is micro and small, the returns that we will file there will be smaller compared to medium and large taxpayers.

04:05And there is also the easing of payment of WIS anywhere.

04:10Because before, wherever you are registered, you should file and pay WIS there.

04:15In this law, the law has already made it File and Pay Anywhere.

04:20And there, the refunds of taxes were also made easier, especially for VATs.

05:31The official receipt is what you use when your product is a service.

05:37What you do is a service.

05:39The invoice is when you are selling products.

05:44So, this is confusing.

05:46Why is it called different?

05:52So, this EOPT, to make it simpler, there will be no confusion,

05:56we just made an invoice, whether you are involved in selling a service or products.
