00:00 So if one of you could just tell a bit about what you're doing here today.

00:03 Okay, okay. We've just completed a 100 metre, 100 kilometre swim for the RLSS.

00:11 There are five of us, we're all disabled and we all use the pool here and we're

00:16 doing it really for our lifeguards. Without our lifeguards we wouldn't have

00:21 this, they're the beating heart of this pool. But it's more than that,

00:25 without the RLSS no child could swim safely without a parent and no adult

00:31 could swim safely with thinking that if the worst happened somebody would rescue

00:36 them. So this is for the RLSS and for our wonderful lifeguards.
