00:00Employees' salaries, both civil servants, private workers, and self-employed or freelancers, will be cut for the saving of people's savings or TAPERA.
00:14The decision was based on the Government Regulation No. 21 of 2024 on changes to PP No. 25 of 2020 on the TAPERA subsidy.
00:27Article 5 states that employees who are required to be TAPERA participants are at least 20 years of age and earn as little as possible.
00:38Not only that, participants can also come from people who are already married when registering.
00:46Article 7 regulates the type of employee who becomes a TAPERA participant, including civil servants, civil servants, soldiers of the Indonesian National Army,
00:56Polri members, state officials, employees in state-owned enterprises, local-owned enterprises, and village-owned and private enterprises, as well as employees who receive salaries or contributions.
01:10In PP No. 21 of 2004, Article 15 explains the size of the participation savings set, which is 3% of the salary or contribution of the employee, where the employer is 0.5% and the participant is 2.5%.
01:27Meanwhile, self-employed or freelancer participants are responsible for how they are arranged in Article 3.
01:35The TAPERA fund management process is carried out through the storage of participants periodically within a certain period of time.
01:43Storage will only be used for household expenses and or returned with the results of the opening after the end of the participation period.
