00:08 Good morning Kapuso
00:10 We are still here in Marikina and we will continue to monitor the rise of the water level here in Marikina River in the middle of a bad time.
00:18 Whenever the weather is bad, there is a storm that disappears.
00:21 As long as the rain continues, the flood water of this river rises and the flood water of Marikina River drops.
00:27 Because of the various incidents that occurred in the flood of Marikina River, the local government has developed a system to be alert and prepare the residents for possible flooding.
00:36 When the Marikina River reaches 15 meters above sea level, the first alarm will be raised by the authorities.
00:42 This means that the residents should be prepared to evacuate.
00:46 The second alarm is when the water level is already at 16 meters, which should be sent to the so-called evacuation center for the affected residents.
00:54 The authorities will force the evacuation when the Marikina River reaches the third alarm or 18 meters above sea level.
01:00 For now, Kapuso, the water level is still at 12 meters above sea level here in Marikina River.
01:05 It is still a bit far, at 15 meters, even if it rained all night long.
01:10 This morning, the Marikina River just rose a bit.
01:13 The chance of rain in other parts of the country is still high due to the Agjoon Flood.
01:17 The Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is now high in the southeastern portion of Isabela, northern portion of Aurora and in the islands of Polillo.
01:25 The Signal No. 1 is in the northeastern and southern portion of Isabela, eastern portion of Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya, which is a part of Aurora,
01:33 eastern portion of Nueva Ecija and Bulacan and the whole province of Rizal.
01:37 Even in the northeastern portion of Laguna, northern and central portion of Quezon Province and western portion of Camarines Norte, along with Calaguas Islands.
01:45 The Wind Signal here in Metro Manila is no longer high due to the 5 a.m. forecast in the bulletin.
01:50 The Agjoon Flood is expected to be high in the 105 kilometers of Baler Aurora.
01:55 It is strong, reaching 140 kilometers per hour.
01:58 Bugsun is at 170 kilometers per hour and its direction is north-northeast in the 10 kilometers per hour.
02:05 In the latest forecast track of the Agjoon Flood, the Agjoon Flood is moving away from the country and towards the Philippine Sea.
02:11 And it is still getting stronger.
02:13 On Wednesday, the Philippine Air Responsibility or PAR may go out.
02:19 I am Anzal Perreira, your UH weather presenter.
02:23 Know the weather before you go, so you can always be safe.
02:27 Kapuso.
