00:00 Thanks, Corrine.
00:01 A senior White House official recently met with some students and faculty at Morehouse
00:04 College.
00:05 Can you talk a little bit about some of the concerns raised from those students and faculty
00:09 members and how the White House responded?
00:11 So what I can say is, and you're speaking about Steve Benjamin, right?
00:15 Mayor Benjamin, who is also the Director of the Office of Public Engagement.
00:20 I can confirm that he did have a meeting at Morehouse.
00:23 I won't get into the specifics, but he regularly does this.
00:27 He regularly goes on the road.
00:29 Speakers directly from Americans, and directly in this instance would be students and faculty,
00:36 obviously.
00:37 And I just don't have anything beyond that to share.
00:40 The President is certainly looking forward to his commencement address this coming Sunday
00:45 at Morehouse.
00:46 He's looking forward to speaking not just to the students, but obviously families and
00:49 loved ones who are here, who will be there to hear, you know, to celebrate the students,
00:55 but also to hear a message from this President.
00:58 I don't have anything more to share, but I can certainly confirm that Steve Benjamin
01:02 was at Morehouse recently.
01:03 And how many American medical workers does the White House estimate are currently trapped
01:07 inside Gaza and unable to get out?
01:09 And is there a plan to help them?
01:11 So I certainly - look, what we have said over and over again, and we will continue to say
01:17 this, that humanitarian aid workers obviously are brave to do the work that they're doing,
01:23 not just in Gaza, but around the world, whether it's Sudan, Haiti, many places that they
01:28 actually go out there and do that brave work to offer assistance much needed to folks on
01:34 the ground.
01:35 And so we appreciate that.
01:36 We want to see them protected.
01:38 We want to make sure that they have the ability to continue that work.
01:42 I don't have an estimate for you on the number of people, to your question, but it is imperative,
01:48 it is important that we see humanitarian aid workers protected.
01:52 And those are conversations that we continue to have with the Israeli government.
01:55 Thanks a lot.
