00:00And this union is the strongest to defend the Kuru people
00:03I would like to say that a statement has been made by the Minister
00:09about the improvement or increase in the salary of the Pemata Awam members
00:13which is said in the language of the statement or the statement earlier is
00:18more than 13%
00:20which means that if it was said earlier, it has not been completed yet
00:25maybe there is another package
00:27and I hope that all the agreements that have been made
00:31between me and the Prime Minister
00:35and also me and the Pemata Awam office
00:38will be taken into account in the new public service system
00:43which will be established or completed soon
00:47Is there any facilitation or incentive today to be sold by you?
00:51Yes, we do and we are still in the final consideration
00:55of various forms of other initiatives
00:58which will be summarized and completed under the public service system
01:03What I would like to say in general is
01:06for the relief of the public service earlier
01:08because we are worried about our salary
01:11because we are worried about our take-home pay
01:14because we are very stressed
01:16if there is no increase in this time
01:19then as relief to the public service
01:23which you informed earlier
01:26there are other forms of allowance
01:28which is also part of the package of the public service system
01:31including the increase in the salary and so on
01:34we are still in the negotiation session
01:37and have not been packaged under the public service system
01:40I really hope that all the public servants out there
01:44to remain relevant for a long time
01:48to provide relief and reduce complaints and so on
01:53and we need to be more resilient and smart
01:56in terms of how the relief has been implemented
01:59by the chief director of the public service
02:04on the concept of relief
02:05There is no meaning to the government and the people
02:08if this announcement is only an announcement
02:12that rejoices those who can benefit
02:15but outside there is no repetition
02:18in the form of increasing productivity
02:21and also the delivery system to the people is more effective
02:25The Prime Minister mentioned earlier
02:27that it will start on December 1
02:29then it is certain that the risk of this increase in salary
02:35will be fully heard in the 2024 budget
02:40and at the same time, the Prime Minister reminded
02:43about the efforts among the private sector
02:51has been initiated
02:53and we have said at the same time
02:57the Minister of Human Resources
02:59about the progressive salary base
03:01which will start as a proof of concept
03:03involving 1,000 local companies
03:06with an allocation of 50 million ringgit
03:08from the Ministry of Economy starting in June
03:11This means that this year
03:13there will be an increase in salary
03:15for public servants and the private sector
03:17which is quite high and substantive
03:21and this is what the government is trying to do
