Anger is growing in Bulgaria’s Stara Zagora region over the EU's Green deal and its obligation to phase out fossil fuels.The region is a coal production hub, indirectly supporting a further 70,000 jobs - and many accuse the Bulgarian government of failing to prepare the region for life after coal.
