00:00 Well look at this, the sun is finally shining in London. Spring is here and it's
00:05 sure to be a busy weekend in the capital so we've picked out five travel
00:09 disruptions to be wary of when making your plans. On Saturday the 20th and
00:15 Sunday 21st of April there will be no Thameslink service between Finsbury
00:19 Park and St Pancras International or between both St Pancras International
00:23 and London Bridge to Wimbledon and Sutton. TfL have advised customers to use
00:30 Tube services or local bus routes to travel across central London. Ticket
00:35 acceptance has already been arranged. From 6 p.m. on Friday 26th until 8 a.m.
00:43 on Saturday 27th of April TfL will be carrying out essential maintenance on
00:48 its Oyster card systems. During this time customers won't be able to access any
00:52 online Oyster services and the Oyster call centre will also be temporarily
00:57 closed. As many Londoners will know there is ongoing disruption on the
01:02 Central line. If you're planning to head to Notting Hill for the day or anywhere
01:06 else along London's Red Line be aware services could be slow. TfL has
01:11 apologised for the continuous disruption on the Central line. On Sunday April the
01:16 21st there is no service between Paddington and Hayes and Harlington
01:20 until 6.30 a.m. The Heathrow Express and Great Western Railway services will also
01:25 not run during these times. Customers from central London for Heathrow should
01:30 use the Piccadilly line if they want to catch their flight. And finally going
01:35 past the weekend there will be no tram service between East Croydon and New
01:40 Adlington, Beckenham Junction or Elmers End until Wednesday April the 24th. TfL
01:47 has advised that tram replacement buses will run instead. This is so essential
01:51 works can be carried out on the tramway. For more travel news and other updates
