00:00 The court rejected the appeal of the lawyer Shafiee Abdullah to get a face-to-face trial

00:07 for a fine of RM9.41 million, which was brought by the domestic law firm to get a bail.

00:16 The three judges, led by Judge Hanifah Farrikullah, decided that the appeal was not true because the matter could not be appealed.

00:25 Two other panel members who heard the appeal were Judge Azimah Omar and Wong Kiang Kiong.

00:31 The court also ordered Shafiee to pay a fine of RM10,000 to LHDN.

00:37 On 13 April, the judge, Rizmah Waruzain, rejected Shafiee's appeal to file a rebuttal claim in the LHDN lawsuit.

00:46 Shafiee argued that the filing of the lawsuit was done with evil intentions and was a collateral attack on him
