The fig season is well and truly underway, and since it is short we are determined to take advantage of it! These little fruits can be used in endless variations: in a salad, in a tart or roasted, as an appetizer, this soft and sweet fruit never ceases to amaze us! Today we decided to make little toasts/bruschetta made with goat cream cheese, figs, honey and rosemary, a delicious combo that you absolutely have to try! These vegetarian toasts will be perfect as a starter, or as a complete meal accompanied by a salad :-)
Ingredients: - 6 slices of country bread - 6 Tbsp of goat cream cheese - 3 figs (+/-depending on the size of the bread) - 1 Tbsp of honey - salt - pepper - 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
