With very few ingredients and in just a few minutes, make this express dessert with a speculaas spread that is associated with the crispy puff pastry. Sprinkle with speculaas crumbs, drizzle with some melted spread and add icing sugar on your top of your cookies for even more pleasure!

Ingredients:
- 1 rectangular puff pastry
- 2 Tbsp Biscoff speculaas spread
- 1 Biscoff speculaas (crumbled)
- 1 egg white

- 1 tsp icing suagr
- 1 tsp Biscoff speculaas spread
