Ingredients: - 1 lb and 2 oz carrots - 1 lb and 12 oz potatoes - 3 garlic cloves - 7 oz seitan - 7 oz cooked chickpeas - 2 red onions - 4.5 oz pitted olives - 2Tbsp agave syrup - 1 lemon - 8 Tbsp olive oil - 1/2 bunch of cilantro - 1 small piece of ginger - 0.7 oz almond flakes - 0.7 oz peeled pistachios - 1 Tbsp cumin - 1/2 cup water - salt (to taste)
