Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp neutral oil (sunflower)
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground ginger (or 1cm fresh ginger)
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch of ground chili
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 5 oz coconut cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 9 oz red lentils
- 2.5 cups water
