00:06 We've had some really brilliant training throughout winter to prepare ourselves

00:10 and we're really fortunate that we have, especially on the North West, the best rivers in Tasmania to practice in.

00:15 We've had other states around Australia put their hand up for help and we've had members go to the main link.

00:20 I think it's certainly something that every young person should get in and do.

00:26 It may just be volunteering at your local sporting club, your local cricket club or it could be anything.

00:33 I have got a great amount of satisfaction out of it over the past sort of 10 years that I've been volunteering here.

00:41 I think it's definitely something that you can look back on and see that you've made a difference,

00:47 no matter what organisation it's in.
