00:12 I love the fact that you've got all these beautiful heritage buildings around.

00:16 You get a real sense of the history, I think, just walking around Ballarat.

00:20 It's beautiful.

00:21 I like the size of it.

00:23 It sounds a pretty obtuse thing to say, but it's not too small and it's not too big.

00:29 I love the fact that we've got some really cool places to go out and have a coffee or a drink or whatever,

00:35 which, you know, 10 or 15 years ago didn't exist quite as well as it does now.

00:42 And I love the sense of community that we've discussed.

00:57 I hope it continues to grow, and I hope, and I think it will.

01:01 I think it will. I mean, it's got so much on offer.

01:04 But I hope we retain that sense of community as well.

01:07 So, you know, we're obviously a long way off being 4 million people like Melbourne is now.

01:13 But, you know, I think the bigger we get, the harder that will be to maintain.

01:16 But I'm sure whatever it is, it'll be good.
