00:09 The things about Ballarat that I like is the additions to the dining and the eateries.

00:17 And the things about the kids is the good schools.

00:21 There's been a lot of money tipped into developing the schools in Ballarat.

00:25 And also the kinders and childcare. So it's certainly a growing community.

00:32 And as far as the training goes here, the club's always developing new facilities.

00:38 And it's great to have a big mix of facilities that we can use to train our horses.

00:43 And certainly give us the tools we need for success.

00:52 Looking at Ballarat in 10 years time, I think if we could speed up the train line to get to Melbourne,

00:57 it would be a great addition.

00:59 I know it's something that's been talked about along the way, but I think that would be a great addition.

01:03 And I think the way that the city's grown, and the first time I was here, so 14 or 15 years ago,

01:12 if you continue to make the progress that's made in that time,

01:16 you're going to be living in a very exciting place.

01:19 And certainly going to be a great spot for families and a great spot for everyone else in the community.
