00:06 Cebu for Human Rights or C4HR assisted groups in Socorro town, Surigao del Norte,

00:18 The children say they were forced into marriage and having sexual relations, as well as military training.
00:24 In a position paper sent to Senator Ronald Bato de la Rosa,
00:27 the lawyers proposed that any group led by a figurehead should be considered a cult,
00:32 regardless of registration or accreditation,
00:34 if its practices involve veneration, idolatry, or belief in certain figures, objects, or means,
00:40 with the purpose or effect of committing illegal acts.
00:44 As of November 7, the group's head, Jaren's Señor Aguila Killario, and other SBSI leaders were under arrest.
