Recipe Dessert

Whether you've been to Portugal or not, you've probably heard of one of its most famous sweets: pasteis de nata or pasteis de Belem. An exquisite pastry with a crispy puff pastry base and a unique filling that might remind you of flan. Since we love it so much, and we know you do too, we've decided to make a giant version, a pastel de nata in cake format that we can enjoy with family and will be much easier to share if guests come over. Much better, right? Don't hesitate and be amazed by the delicious taste of this typical Portuguese dessert.

Ingredients:
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lemon peel (to taste)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 6 egg yolks
- cinnamon powder (for decoration, optional)
