After adding some raw vegetables and pieces of ham/tuna, all you need is a homemade vinaigrette to finish it off ;-)
Ingredients: - 7 oz white rice (200 grams) - 1 red onion - 2 tomatoes - 2 oz pickles (50 grams) - 1.5 cups corn (280 grams) - 5 oz tuna (140 grams)
For the sauce: - 3 Tbsp mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar - 5 Tbsp oil - salt - pepper
