- 0.5 oz fresh yeast (or 1 packet)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup water

Stuffing :
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 5 oz mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 0.5 lb minced pork (or sausage meat)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- fresh chives
- pepper
