- 10 oz shrimp
- 7 prawns
- 1 lb mussels
- 7 oz clams
- 3 squids
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 mixed tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups water
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- saffron
- food coloring
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
