Ingredient List फुल क्रीम दूध (Full Cream Milk) - 1 लीटर चीनी (Sugar) - 1/2 कप इलायची (Cardamom) - 4-5 पॉड्स, कुटी हुई घी (Ghee) - छोटी मात्रा, पेड़ा बनाते समय हाथों को लगाने के लिए (वैकल्पिक)
निर्देश:
एक कढ़ाई में दूध उबालने रखें। बार-बार चलते रहें ताकि दूध न जल जाए। जब दूध अच्छे से गाढ़ा हो जाए, इसमें चीनी डालें और मिलाते रहें। कार्डमम पाउडर डालें और अच्छे से मिला लें। अब गैस बंद करें और मिश्रण को अन्य बर्तन में निकालें। थोड़ा सा घी लगाकर मिश्रण को मसलें ताकि यह मुलायम हो जाए। हाथों में घी लगाकर छोटे पेड़े बनाएं। तैयार मिल्क पेड़ा का आनंद लें!
