00:04 Today I am making Chicken Momos.

00:06 All we need is boneless chicken, lemon, black pepper, salt, maida or flour.

00:13 So first make a dough using lukewarm water and plain flour and make a batter for sealing

00:20 the momos using maida with plain water.

00:24 So let's start making momos.

00:26 Firstly cut the boneless chicken in very small pieces.

00:31 Add lemon juice in chicken.

00:34 Mix it.

00:35 Lemon juice in chicken.

00:37 Add little oil in a frying pan.

00:39 Now add the chicken.

00:42 Add salt to taste.

00:45 Mix it well.

00:49 Toss it up.

00:51 Because this is a boneless chicken, it will cook very fast.

00:54 So cook it for 3-4 minutes.

00:57 Now add black pepper powder.

01:00 Mix it again.

01:02 Check your chicken is done.

01:07 Now take a small portion of dough.

01:14 Flatten up.

01:20 Cut the edges.

01:27 And your momo sheet is ready.

01:32 Put the stuffing in the center.

01:35 Now on the edges, make the paste to seal the momo.

01:50 Now steam it for 10 minutes.

01:53 And after 10 minutes, your chicken momos, very tasty, very healthy, is ready.
