With India and Canada in the middle of a diplomatic face-off over the killing of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, the Ministry of External Affairs on Wednesday issued an advisory urging Indian nationals and students in Canada to “exercise utmost caution”. The advisory by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, has been issued in view of growing anti-India activities and politically condoned hate crimes and criminal violence Canada.
