Rescuer na nasa earthquake drill sa Cagayan, patay matapos atakihin sa puso

00:00 A rescuer was killed in the accident after being hit in the chest while in an earthquake drill.
00:05 The victim was Elpidio Cristobal, a senior citizen.
00:09 He was also a member of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office in Gataaran.
00:15 Cristobal was helping the earthquake victim in the drill when he suddenly couldn't breathe.
00:21 He was taken to the hospital but was not saved.
00:24 Elpidio Cristobal served 1995 as a rescuer.
