00:27In a CCTV footage from a Metro Manila Development Authority or MMDA camera at the Guadalupe footbridge in Makati,

00:41Moments later, it becomes clear that he is stealing the cables connected to the CCTV camera used for the no-contact apprehension policy or NCAP.
00:50The incident occurred on June 20 but was only recently discovered by the MMDA when they noticed that several cameras in their monitoring system were no longer functioning.
01:01The MMDA immediately reported the incident to the police.
01:04When the three suspects returned to the area on the 25th of June, authorities were able to apprehend them while they were attempting to steal live wires.

02:19According to the MMDA's Metro Manila Accident Reporting and Analysis System, both EDSA and C5 saw over 8,000 cases over last year.
