00:22 whether you're a renter, a homeowner, a commercial real estate owner,
00:29 whether you're a landlord.
00:30 The whole economy is going to be really crippled by this.
00:35 And so the community is really upset and stressed about how they're going to
00:40 make this work if it was to get up.
00:42 So it's a real big concern.
