00:09 And if we do understand the problem, what are possible solutions?

00:15 So I therefore look at the role of the president in this way.

00:21 It is not helpful when you are solving difficult problems to mix up the concept

00:33 I do not believe in politicking because it's taking away time

00:38 that should be going to understanding the problem and solving the problem.

00:44 So I do not agree with the framing that any solution is politicising.

00:52 I think we should focus on the problem

00:55 and use all available resources and knowledge

01:01 to see what is the best way to solve the problem

01:04 that faces the country and the people.

01:08 And we do have many problems that are unsolved over past decades,

01:15 such as the low birth rate and life becoming more difficult.

01:21 These are very important things to solve.

01:24 And we shouldn't be thinking about politicising.
