At the People's Action Party (PAP) rally on Wednesday (April 30), Marshall Lim outlined his vision for Hougang, focusing on inclusivity, connectivity and sustainability, with plans for better transport links, elder-friendly facilities and support for lower-income families.

01:54Therefore, I want to build a green and dynamic future for a vibrant Algang.

02:05Let's start community fridges, composting, recycling, food rescue programmes to build a more sustainable green Algang.
