Illegal Profiling Traffic Stop - February 3, 2022

Late at night on February 3rd, 2022, a Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Office deputy "accidentally" misread a motorist's license plate, to give him quick and easy PC (Probable Cause) to conduct an unlawful traffic stop. We saw this same tactic used in Frisco, Texas with viral results. The motorist was a black lady, who by this point had been stopped over two dozen times in the past year, solely for driving while black at night. I guess she had gotten fed-up with the profiling and gave the deputy a piece of her mind, based on him commenting she wasn't a nice lady. I don't know what came of it, but I had played this recording to her brother (a janitor and handiman at a local school) and he said they were going to have a talk with somebody about it. I know they haven't stopped her since - or if they have, they didn't call it out over the radio.
