Over 300 Evacuated in Kaohsiung as Typhoon Doksuri Bears Down

Authorities in Kaohsiung have closed roads and ordered evacuations as Typhoon Doksuri approaches the south of Taiwan. A land warning on Tuesday after the storm brought heavy rains and flooding to Nantou County in the center of the country.
