and I'm gonna show you what my diet looks like

when I am training for heels.

For heels, we, you know,

scheduled workout sessions as part of our day.

So it actually became a part of our job

to show up to the gym.

Then after that, we would go into wrestling.

So we would actually get into the ring

and we would go through moves that we had to learn.

And inevitably I would say to one of them,

"Hey, I've got this move that I saw on YouTube

"that I really wanna be able to do.

"And I don't know, do you think we can do this?"

And they would go, "Yes."

And we would start working on that move

to find a way to work it into the script later.

In a perfect world, I'll skip breakfast.

I'll have a coffee before I train and I'll go train.

Then I do, and this is a big thing on TikTok,

which is really funny.

They call it like the 12, 330.

But essentially you're on a treadmill at a 12 incline

going three miles per hour for 30 minutes,

basically low intensity aerobic activity.

And that really helps burn fat without losing muscle.

For lunch, I'll usually have a salad with chicken.

So it'll be like a chicken Caesar salad,

romaine lettuce, chicken, some olive oil,

and then maybe some vegetables in it, just very basic.

And then for dinner, it'll usually be chicken, fish,

or steak with vegetables and potatoes or sweet potatoes.

That's like in a perfect world.

And that's definitely when I feel my best.

It's a toss up between the two.

Oh, definitely beer and iron side,

because I just, I'm fascinated with that culture.

Last meal I cooked for, I made chicken wings,

We sat down, we watched "Survivor" with our baby girl,
