So even if you can't get all the way to the top of that pull-up and you're down here at

the bottom, just any kind of movement down there, really the research is showing that

that will give you a similar response to doing the whole rep.

So even if you get a couple of lengthened partials, two of those, it's basically the

equivalent of getting two reps of full range.

Since you're building those up over time, that will result in more strength gains, right?
