I've always been athletic. I always play sports. I was in soccer when I was yay high graduated to football

So I wasn't just skinny skinny, but I was slimmed up now. I'm just getting back into it

am vegan simply because I was at a pivotal time in my life where I felt like I had to make a lot of

Growth so I stepped into it. The goal is I just want to be able to not use any

Like supplements not to you know, speak down on them anything, but I just really want to keep an ancestral

Approach to fitness. Yeah, that means just working with everything natural showing that I can still put on muscle mass

But the type diet that I'm on I always go to the gorillas. I mean gorillas only eat fruit

They strong as hell, all right y'all that's a few questions with y'all now, let's get into the workout

Let's get into our warm-up which will consist of 200 push-ups breaking them down by two sets of 100

I think my favorite part about it is like with the way I move. I know like I don't come back to my workout

200 push-ups is accomplished and push-ups also

Works the core so 200 push-ups is also good for the core and now for my actual workout

The first push-up I like to do when I get into my workout

It's something that I call push-ups with a small bit of resistance. So I was asking my coach

I was asking him what is a way that I can feel like my push-ups are heavier so I can add more

Tension to my workout make it a little bit more of a struggle so it don't feel easy

He recommended doing these style of push-ups

After the push-ups with resistance. I like to get into my close arm push-ups

So that's when you kind of keep them close elbows in you just you know, you're doing them when I get into these push-ups

I'm usually doing three sets of 20. So just smooth and simple

Because it's a lot of different variations of the push-ups I'm doing and all of those numbers add up

So you just need three sets of 20. That's it. I

Do some cardio. I do some jogging. I jog around my neighborhood

Sometimes my daughter forces me to do cardio get her she'd be on her bike

She'd tell me come on dad. You got to be strong. You can't be weak. Let's run

I'm like, well, it's kind of cool to say for you because you want a bike

She'd be coaching me and I'll run around the neighborhood

The next push-ups we're getting into are my diamond push-ups

But I like to add a little bit of a twist to it

The Mike Tyson push-ups actually take care of all of this right here

What we like to do right here is plank twist

Plank twist. I like to get real low with my planks because once you twist them you feel the burn a little bit more

So, yeah, I like to get into my conscious we do three sets of 25 of those

Simply because I got a tendency of like going real fast

So I just add five five more because in a space of me going real fast

I know out of those 20, I probably messed up on three or four

So I make up for it with five extra last but not least. These are the ones I

Personally do not like doing I do it anyway, because I feel like if you don't like doing something, that's your key

V-ups, I think it gets easier with like like the same way with the push-ups and get a little easier

I think V up to get easier with the more you work out the core

I also seen one that goes even more extreme than V ups
