Delicious Soup at Serigala Palu Bassa, Makassar

  • last year
Pallubasa is a traditional food of the Makassar tribe, South Sulawesi. Like Coto Mangkasara (Coto Makassar), Pallubasa is also made from cow or buffalo offal (stomach contents). The cooking process is almost the same as Coto Makassar, which is boiled for a long time. Once cooked, the innards plus the meat are sliced, then placed/served in a bowl.

The name "Pallubasa Serigala" itself comes from the name of the street where this shop is located, namely Jalan Serigala No. 54 Mamajang Dalam, Mamajang District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The location of the is not far from the city center. If from Losari Beach it is only about 3.7 kilometers.
