Regional property prices after pandemic surge

As we move away from the restrictions of COVID, people are beginning to return to life as it was pre-pandemic which means many tree changers and sea changers are moving back to the city. And for the regional towns they'd once called home it means property prices are now falling after experiencing staggering growth during COVID. But it's not an entirely unwelcome phenomenon for cities such as Byron Bay where many long-term residents had seen rental prices skyrocket out of reach.
