A man has been arrested on suspicion of stealing a dozen cars by posing as a potential car buyer and taking the vehicles for test drives. West Midlands Police' specialist Taskforce carried out extensive enquiries before detaining a 22-year-old from Hall Green.

Chinese New Year celebrations are set to begin to mark the Year of the Rabbit. For the first time in three years Birmingham's popular celebrations are set to return to the city centre - rebranding to Lunar New Year to reflect the event being celebrated across far east Asia.
