The famous roti canai stall in Jalan Transfer in George Town, Penang has been slapped with a two-week closure for failing hygiene standards.
The owner of the stall was also slapped with a RM500 compound for failing to ensure that his workers attended the courses, while a drinks stall next to the outlet was also fined RM500 as cross-contamination was found in its ice storage unit.
