NSW fire inquiry hears fatal accident was unavoidable

An inquest has heard an accident which killed two fire fighters in the New South Wales Southern Highlands was unavoidable. Geoffrey Keaton and Andrew O'Dwyer died when their truck when their truck was hit by a falling tere. It's part of a coronial inquiry into the Black Summer Fires that broke out across the state in 2019.
