An inquiry into Star Casinos in Queensland has heard the company lured high risk rollers to the state to gamble despite "red flags" that should have seen them banned. The evidence was aired on the first day of public hearings looking into Star Entertainment's casinos in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
