Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread, the texture is similar to pizza dough. Here I'm making easy focaccia bread with some addition of cheese and infused herbs and garlic oil. This focaccia bread is fluffy and has the crust on top from the maldon sea salt. The melted cheese also makes it perfect too.
I like to serve this focaccia warm out of the oven with balsamic dipping sauce. Perfect to have for a starter.
In order to make this focaccia bread, you'll need : 1 cup warm water 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp yeast 250 gr all purpose flour 50 gr bread flour 40 gr oil Rosemary Thyme Maldon seasalt, and pepper 70gr Mozzarella 60 gr cherry tomatoes
