Western Australia is facing a critical shortage of blood heading into this ANZAC Day long weekend, with the supplies under pressure due to back-to-back public holidays. COVID still appears to be putting large numbers of people off giving blood and the Red Cross says it needs another 600 people to donate over the next few days to ensure the state has sufficient supplies.
