ACT govt. trialling new food and garden organics collection service to reduce waste

Four Canberra suburbs have been chose to trial a new approach to recycling - turning rotten food into a valuable commodity. It's called FOGO, and the program gives residents extra bins for food and garden organic waste, in an effort to divert tens of thousands of tonnes of rubbish from landfill.
