Ingredients: Butter Burger bun -2 Cheese slices-2 Pineapple cut in rings - 2 Egg- 3 Black pepper Salt to taste
Method: 1) Brush butter in a heated pan. Add the burger buns( cut the bun into two halves, from the top half scoop out a circular part and form a hole to add the egg) 2) On the base burger bun add a cheese slice and a Pineapple ring slice on top of it. Add some black pepper and a pinch of salt. 3) On the top half of the bun crack an egg. Add a pinch of black pepper and salt. 4) Cover the lid of the pan and let it steam. 5) After a while when both the buns are steamed add the top bun on top of the base and serve it hot.
