Ingredients Atta - 200gms Curry leaves - handful Chopped coriander - handful Sambhar masala - 2tsp Eggs Chopped chilles - 2 to 3 Salt to taste
Method 1) In a mixing bowl add atta, curry leaves, chopped coriander, Sambhar masala, eggs, chopped chillies, salt to taste, water and mix it water. Do not add too much water at one go. 2) Brush oil in a pan. Add the batter of pancake and fry it golden brown. 3) The pancakes will be ready to serve.
