An egg sandwich is a quick and filling breakfast for everyday household.They are scrumptious and fill your stomach with joy.They are easy to make with minimal ingredients, simple and worth your morning.
Ingredients: Eggs -2 Salt - 1tsp White pepper- 1tsp Black pepper - 1tsp Oregano - 1tbsp White oil -1 tbsp White bread- 4 Cheese slices
For spread: Mint leaves Coriander leaves Green chillies Mayonnaise-2 tbsp
Method: 1) Crack eggs in a beaker, salt, white pepper, black pepper, oregano and give it a mix. 2) Add 1tbsp white oil in a heated pan. 3) Add the egg mixture and fry it.Make sure the egg chunks should not be too small. 4) Take 4 white breads and cut the sides. 5) Add the spread, add a cheese slice on top of it, add some egg chunks and finally put another bread on top of it. 6) The egg sandwiches will be ready.
