‘Urban Naxals’ demand the release of activists, Supreme Court to hear on Sptember 6

The Supreme Court will be hearing the case of five human rights activists arrested on 27th August under a suspicion of allegedly planning assassination for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 6th September 2018. To raise voices against repression, various activists from across the nation gathered at Parliament Street and demanded for the release of five activists who were arrested under the suspicion. ‘Urban Naxal’ is the new term being used to describe these activists.
