Bhima Koregaon violence case: Supreme Court to deliver the final verdict on Urban-Naxals

The Supreme Court will be delivering the final verdict in the case of arrest of 5 activists who were held by Pune police on 28th August after multicity raids. A total of 9 activists were raided of which 4 have been arrested in connection with the Bhima Koregaon violence that took place at the beginning of this year. The Maharastra Police later suggested that the 5 activists have strong moist links and the police retrieved incriminating evidence against them. A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, and Justices AM Khanwilkar and Dy Chandrachud will deliver Teh verdict on a petition filed by historian Romila Thapar and others.
