Politics of reservation: OBC Bill may lead to caste census

Madras High Court bench of Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee and Justice P D Audikesavalu had ealier said that it is permissible to have 27 per cent reservation for other backward classes in the All-India Quota (AIQ) for medical studies and has also added that AIQ need not follow 50 per cent reservation as followed in the state.
